DeWonder Travel is a global luxury travel platform based in Hong Kong and Singapore. We don’t just sell trips; we curate intriguing and in-depth experiences for Asian travellers. From the polar regions to the Silk Road, we are growing fast and looking for a CRM Marketing Executive to join our engine room.

📖【Role Overview】

Position: CRM Marketing Executive
Location: Bukit Jalil, Malaysia
Contract: 12-month renewable contract
Language Requirements: English & Chinese reading & writing & Cantonese speaking are required

📝【Job Responsibility】

CRM & Automation Management (60%)
Manage the logic and health of HubSpot and Omnisend. Ensure audience segments are clean, automated workflows (for webinars, events, and reminders) do not overlap or conflict, and provide technical support to the CS team to resolve CRM-related data issues.
Regularly audit the CRM to remove duplicates, standardised data, and ensure accuracy for reporting and outreach.
Campaign Deployment & Content Polishing via AI (20%)
Execute multi-channel marketing blasts via Email and WhatsApp. Draft and take raw content and direction provided by the team and use AI tools to optimise the language, ensuring the tone is professional and suitable for the target audience before scheduling and sending.
Digital Asset & Web Maintenance (20%)
Handle “template-based” updates to Website (Backend WordPress) and Figma. This includes swapping images, updating text, and adjusting basic formatting within existing designs. The focus is on strictly following detailed guidelines and templates to ensure visual consistency without needing to build layouts from scratch.

Experience: 2–10 years in CRM, Marketing, or similar roles.
Mindset: You thrive in a high-pace, growth-driven environment. You are eager to learn and aren’t afraid of technical logic.
Skills: If you know your way around HubSpot workflows or have a “perfectionist eye” for Figma templates, we want to talk to you.
